TASKS OF THE POSITION
• Conduct monitoring organization-wide: internal monitoring of client files, residential units, plans of correction, State of Michigan KPIs, and agency KPIs to ensure licensing and contract compliance
• Support licensing renewals/audits/contract audits – prepare documentation and review files, provide onsite support as directed
• Assists in identifying agency risks through monitoring
• Supports Quality training related to HIPAA, licensing compliance, and other quality initiatives
• Supports the development of quality-related action plans to aid the agency’s annual and strategic planning process and monitors for adherence.
• Actively participates in the accreditation/re-accreditation process and helps ensure that when standards change, the Agency plans and implements a thorough response.
• Supports utilization management within programming to ensure appropriateness and efficiency
• Participates in the implementation of key Quality efforts including, HIPAA compliance and incident reporting.
• Promote the use of data to drive decisions, data quality, and process improvement

• Ability to work across programs and collaborate related to monitoring results
Preferred:
• Demonstrated knowledge of COA, Child Caring Institutions Licensing Rules, Child Placing Agencies Licensing Rules
• Familiarity with reading and synthesizing technical information, identifying trends related to contract compliance
• Experience with PowerBI
