Guardian Glass is looking for an Environmental Manager to join our team in DeWitt, IA!

As an Environmental Manager, the selected individual will play a key role to ensure environmental operational and compliance excellence.

What You Will Do

• Provide transformational leadership, direction, and influence to drive Operations ownership of environmental compliance and achieve the site's environmental objectives
• Providing coaching, mentoring, and training to the site team to deepen individual and collective environmental capability
• Manage compliance of federal and state environmental program requirements, including but not limited to air, wastewater, storm water, solid and hazardous waste, SPCC, CERCLA/EPCRA, and TSCA
• Collaborate with business teams, SME's, and legal support to complete all necessary air permit applications, and work directly with agency personnel to obtain approval of the permit modifications
• Lead and participate in agency inspections, compliance/enforcement action, and internal audits
• Support the site in meeting environmental objectives and goals by monitoring environmental compliance programs, developing indicators of performance, identifying trends, and supports the site in meeting environmental objectives and goals
• Prepare and submit compliance reports to local, state, and federal agencies which includes technical components and written communication, including Title V reporting
• Keep abreast of newly promulgated state and federal environmental regulations applicable to our manufacturing operations

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Environmental, or related field
• Environmental compliance experience in a manufacturing environment

• Experience with Title V compliance
