We are currently seeking a motivated professional with experience in crew management!
Responsibilities :
- Visiting job sites to assist with the start of projects and ensure quality control.
- Acting in a professional manner, as a representative of the CertaPro Brand on site.
- Acting as a liaison between the production team and the field staff, providing coaching, training, and support as needed.
- Supporting the Production Manager in day-to-day operations, keeping the production process running smoothly.
- Handling urgent issues or conflicts that may arise, to ensure the successful completion of projects.
- Serving as a point of contact for problem-solving and resolution.
- Helping in building a positive team culture and collaborative work environment.
- Displaying proficiency in using technical equipment and troubleshooting any tech-related issues in the field.
- Maintaining great people skills and customer service abilities to nourish positive relationships with clients and field staff.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
Requirements :
- Minimum of 2 years of management experience verifiable through references.
- Honest, hardworking, and customer-focused character
- A great attitude
