Seeking a probate and guardianship paralegal with estate planning experience. This job requires working with attorneys, the courts and our elderly clientele. It requires patience and a positive attitude. You will need to be self-motivated to stay on top of court filing deadlines and to keep track of your hourly billing. You will also be required to draft estate planning documents such as Wills and Advance Directives and to serve as a witness for estate planning signings. Being a Florida Notary is not required, but a plus. Currently we utilize Westlaw's form builder for probate and guardianship drafting and keep track of our time, calendar and billing through Amicus. Familiarity with these programs is a plus but not required. Educational requirements are a college degree and either a paralegal certification or 3 years of paralegal work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
