Custom RV Service is Hiring a RV Technician Near De Forest, WI

Job Summary:
We are looking for motivated and commited employees who enjoy working with their hands and are willing to learn new skills. No experience is required as we offee on-site training, but those who come with prior experience have an opportunity for a higher starting wage. As an RV Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining recreational vehicles to ensure they are in optimal condition for our customers. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Responsibilities:
- Perform equipment repairs and maintenance on various types of recreational vehicles
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues
- Conduct inspections to identify any potential problems or safety concerns
- Repair or replace damaged components, parts, or systems
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, brake repairs, and tire rotations
- Test and adjust RV systems to ensure proper functionality
- Keep accurate records of all repairs and services performed
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns

Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair principles and techniques
- Proficient in using hand tools and specialized equipment
- Familiarity with electrical systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with RV appliances and systems
