Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and a passion for education. This position offers the opportunity to support teachers in creating a positive learning environment for students. Duties: - Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and activities - Provide support to students with their educational and social development - Help maintain a safe and clean classroom environment - Supervise students during activities and transitions - Collaborate with teachers to assess student progress and address individual needs Qualifications: - Previous experience in childcare, preschool, or daycare settings - Familiarity with childhood development principles - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to manage a classroom effectively - Passion for working with children and supporting their learning journey Nice-to-have Skills: - Babysitting experience - Knowledge of classroom management techniques - Experience working with students in an educational setting Benefits: - Competitive salary - Professional development opportunities - Supportive work environment focused on growth and learning If you are enthusiastic about education and enjoy working with children, we encourage you to apply for the Teaching Assistant position.
