Specialty Collision Center, LLC is Hiring an Auto Body Repair Technician Near Dayton, TN

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Auto Body Technician to join our team. As an Auto Body Technician, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring damaged vehicles to their original condition. This is a full-time position located at our shop in Dayton, TN.

Responsibilities:
- Use power tools and specialized equipment to remove dents, scratches, and other imperfections
- Repair or replace damaged body panels, fenders, doors, and other components
- Weld and fabricate sheet metal as needed
- Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding, masking, and priming
- Ensure all repairs meet quality standards and customer expectations
- Keep work area clean and organized

Skills:
- Strong attention to detail to ensure precise repairs
- Proficiency in using power tools and equipment commonly used in auto body repair
- Familiarity with vehicle maintenance procedures
- Experience working in a dealership setting is preferred but not required
- Ability to weld and fabricate sheet metal
- Knowledge of automotive repair standards and best practices
- Ability to perform some lifting as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: 8am-5pm, but paid on Commission

  • Avg 70-80 billable hours a week

Pay: Negotiable based on experience
