The Dietary Aide is responsible for assisting the cook as well as the Dietary Director in preparation of meals according to dietary guidelines for the individuals.
The Dietary Aide will also assist in the receiving and storing the food and supplies ordered for the Dietary Department and the cleaning of the dietary department.
Requirements
High school graduate or equivalent education is preferred. Ability to read, understand and follow recipe directions, diet orders, and work assignments.
Must be able to take instructions and follow through on instructions. Prior experience in the food service industry preferred.
