Do you previous payroll experience? Are you looking for a new career? Our client located in Davison, MI is looking for an experienced Payroll Administrator. This job is Monday- Friday 8am-5pm $20-$25 depending on experience

Job Duties

• Prepare weekly payroll for union and non-union employees
• Weekly Accounts Payable for Payroll (FOC, Garnishments, Per Diems, etc.)
• Monthly Union Reports for Union Workers
• Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly/Annual Payroll Tax Filing (941, 940, etc.)
• End of Year Reports for CPA
• ACA Reports (1094-C & 1095-C)
• Process W2's
• Process and pay 401k Weekly & Year End Reports
• Prepare & pay Workmen Compensation monthly reports, change yearly percentages for report
• Quarterly IFTA Taxes
• Health Benefits
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, communication skills, organization skills, and experience in construction a plus.
