A growing company is seeking an outgoing and dynamic Recruiter to assist with all internal recruiting efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for finding and onboarding top talent to support the company's growth.

Responsibilities Include:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from identifying talent needs to onboarding new hires.
• Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team needs.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, providing timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Assist with onboarding new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
• Track and report on recruitment metrics to improve the hiring process.
