**Job Overview:** We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities maintenance, electrical and mechanical knowledge, and the ability to provide excellent customer service. **Duties:** - Perform maintenance tasks such as repairing equipment, troubleshooting issues, and conducting preventive maintenance. - Read and interpret equipment manuals, schematics, and logic controllers. - Weld and fabricate parts as needed for repairs. - Conduct facilities maintenance including HVAC system checks, plumbing repairs, and building repairs. - Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders and maintenance activities. **Skills:** - Proficiency in English to understand manuals and communicate effectively with team members. - Strong electrical skills to work on various systems. - Mechanical knowledge to diagnose and repair machinery. - Ability to provide excellent customer service when interacting with internal teams or external vendors. - Experience with CMMS software for efficient work order management. - Capable of reading schematics and logic controllers for troubleshooting equipment issues. - Welding and fabrication skills for creating or repairing parts.
