Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize chemical formulations to meet specific performance criteria and regulatory standards.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to ensure the stability, efficacy, and safety of chemical products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including quality control, production, and marketing, to ensure seamless product development and launch.
- Maintain detailed documentation of formulation processes, experiments, and results for compliance and intellectual property purposes.
- Stay abreast of advancements in chemical technologies and industry trends to incorporate innovative solutions into formulations.
- Perform rigorous testing and validation of formulations to identify and resolve any potential issues or improvements.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout the formulation process.
- Possesses a Bachelor's or advanced degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Demonstrates extensive experience in formulation development and optimization.
- Exhibits proficiency in analytical techniques, including HPLC, GC, and spectroscopy.
- Shows strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex formulation issues.
- Maintains up-to-date knowledge of regulatory guidelines and industry standards.
