Job Purpose & Description

The marketing seat plays a vital role in promoting the business and mission of Sexton Lawn & Landscape. It serves as the face of the company, coordinating and producing all materials representing the business to include website, social media, marketing materials, branding, sponsorships, partnerships, job signs, trucks, surveys, and team member uniforms. This position will also report to the CEO and COO as an executive assistant and aid in a customer service role answering phones.

The Mission of this role is to serve our residential and commercial clients, vendors, and team by:

• Generating a specific amount of content per week across all platforms - social media, email, press releases, etc.
• Verifying activity tracking for all sales and marketing efforts weekly in HubSpot
• Managing messaging and automation for communication to clients along the journey
• Managing keywords and phrases that are promoted weekly with spend analysis
• Facilitates quarterly surveys for clients and team member experiences
• Creative ideas and execution of events (internal and external)
• Analyzing client base to build targeted marketing efforts around moving clients to 100% sold
• Sorting email 2x per day for CEO & COO, managing their calendars, setting appointments
• Assisting with the phones during peak hours, usually 9am-1pm M-TH

Outcomes:

• Builds and organizes content and schedule out 3 weeks to meet lead measurable targets
• HubSpot users trained and core sales & marketing process followed by all
• AdWords targeted and budgeted toward ideal clients for commercial and residential markets
• Own the client journey proven process and guide the organization to success
• Create content and videos to attract talent and new clients as well as engaging existing clients to purchase additional services
• Spend 25% of time assisting with customer service, 25% executive assistant to CEO & COO, 50% marketing

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
