- Perform first piece inspections for compliance with work instructions and quality.
- Assist Assembly Manager in creating work instruction processes.
- Assist Assembly Manager in training and retraining team members.
- Assign individual work assignments to team members in the production area.
- Assist Assembly Manager in keeping the assembly line flowing to meet production goals/efficiencies, including awareness of required tact times for positions and delegating employees to line positions.
- Perform assembly tasks as required
- Perform related duties as assigned by Manager
Required Qualifications:
- Two years in an Assembly Lead Role
- Able to pick up and move 40lb boxes
