Montour County Housing Authority is Hiring a Housing assistant Near Danville, PA
The Housing Authority of Montour County , Danville, PA, is seeking a part-time Public Housing Assistant .
Duties include but are not limited to :
Collection of rents, security deposits and other money due to the Housing Authority from residents.
Maintaining all tenant files for the program, scheduling, and intake of applications for both programs, verifying criminal and credit history.
Knowledge of HUD regulations is a plus.
Must have the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with superiors, subordinates, residents, other agencies, and the public.
Knowledge of basic computer skills.
The starting wage for this position is $20.00 per hour.
Approximately 17 hours per week, with additional hours as needed.
Hours may be flexible to accommodate your schedule and ours.
