Garden Montessori School is Hiring a Part-time Preschool Assistant Teacher Near Danville, CA
Garden Montessori School has been in operation since 1978.
We are a small preschool of 18 children with a 9-12 morning program M-F. We are located in a quiet neighborhood in Westside Danville. Please visit our website: www.gardenschool.net.
The assistant teacher works closely with the head teacher and is responsible for daily interaction with the children, helping to implement the curriculum plus care and maintenance of the classroom and teaching materials.
This part-time position could be perfect for someone looking to balance work and family life, or a current early childhood education student. We follow the SRVUSD school schedule.
- 12 ECE units (completed or on-going)
- Current Health/TB screening
- Required immunizations
- CPR/First Aid certification
- DOJ clearance/fingerprinting
- Preschool-aged teaching experience (preferred)
- Montessori training/experience a plus
