Summary:

We are looking for a creative and motivated Digital Campaign Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in email marketing and SMS campaigns, with a focus on direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands. This role requires a strategic thinker with a keen eye for design and copywriting, capable of creating compelling email marketing content that drives customer engagement and conversion.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Email and SMS Campaigns:
• Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing and SMS campaigns using tools like Klaviyo or similar platforms.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve campaign performance and achieve KPIs.
• Create aesthetically pleasing email marketing samples that align with the brand's DTC focus.
• Content Creation:
• Write engaging and persuasive email copy that resonates with the target audience.
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure emails are visually appealing and on-brand.
• Maintain a library of email marketing samples for review and improvement.
• Campaign Management:
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to improve results.
• Conduct A/B testing to optimize email content, subject lines, and layouts.
• Provide regular reports on campaign metrics and insights to stakeholders.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Work closely with other members of the marketing team to ensure cohesive campaign strategies.
• Collaborate with customer support and product teams to gather insights and feedback for continuous improvement.

Must-Haves:

• Experience:
• 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, specifically in email and SMS campaigns.
• Freelancing experience is acceptable and valued for this role.
• Skills:
• Proficiency with email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo or similar.
• Strong portfolio of email marketing samples, with a focus on DTC brands and aesthetically pleasing designs.
• Excellent copywriting skills for email marketing.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with international email campaigns.

Education Requirements:
