All Together LBA is seeking an Assistant Clinical Director with a commitment to the art of applied behavior analysis to join the team! As a valued clinician at All Together ABA you will have the option to support children and families in their homes as well as our Danbury based clinic, create social skills groups, and meet regularly with your colleagues on site in our office and clinic! As an Assistant Clinical Director you will have the opportunity to work side by side with a PhD, focusing on research studies and implementing empirically supported interventions. At All Together you will be responsible for a supporting the agency's Behavior Analysts by practically and ethically designing caseloads, performing quality assurance treatment plan reviews, mentoring those that you oversee and ensuring an exceptional level of quality services to our clients receiving services both at the clinic and in-home.
