Responsibilities of an Outside Sales Representative:
Run scheduled sales appointments; survey and measure the home; perform proper sizing calculations; select appropriate solutions, scope of work and prices from flat rate investment guide (no estimating required); share findings and solution options with homeowners; generate referrals and ensure customer happiness.
Requirements:
- Strong Selling Skills with 3 years sales experience
- Exceptional Work Ethic
- Excellent Customer Care
- Communication skills
- Detailed-oriented
- Mathematical proficiency
- Mechanical aptitude
- Computer literate
- Flexible schedule willing to work some nights and weekends
- Previous experience in home improvement sales, financial sales, big ticket consumer item sales, teaching background or self-employment a plus but not required.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Residential HVAC or Home Services selling experience is a plus.
- Ability to proficiently use technology (cell phone, tablet, computer).
- Open to coaching and development.
- Comfortable working and contributing positively in a team environment.
- Must have a valid drivers license.
- Position requires some evenings and weekends as needed.
