We are seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) who is passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of our clients. As an LPN, you will work under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN) and be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents.
Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician's orders and facility policies and procedures
- Monitor residents' health and wellbeing, and report any changes to the RN or physician
- Assist with resident assessments and care planning
- Provide assistance with activities of daily living, as needed
- Document resident care and medication administration accurately and timely
- Supervise and delegate tasks to other nursing staff, as appropriate
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals
- Must be a licensed practical nurse (LPN) in good standing with the state board of nursing
- Must have current CPR certification
- Must have basic computer skills
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English proficiently
- Proof of Covid vaccination is required to be eligible for this position
