Short Order Cook
$17-18 / hr
We are looking for a motivated Grill Cook to prepare menu items to meet guests’ preferences. The duties of the Grill Cook include cutting & slicing vegetables, slicing & portioning meats, making sauces & purees and more.
Ultimately, a successful Grill Cook will go above and beyond to help fulfill our guests’ needs as it relates to grill items at Amigos Deli.
Responsibilities :
- Prepare mise-en place for grill menu items.
- Prepare grill menu items to our guests liking.
- Maintain freshness, food quality, & proper food handling procedures
- Clean & maintain cleanliness on all workstations.
Requirements :
- At least 1 year of high-volume grill cook experience
- Must be a strong multitasker.
- Must be bilingual.
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs
- Work long hours on your feet
