Kratos Defense Security Solutions is Hiring a Subcontract Manager Near Dallastown, PA
Performs as Subcontractor Programmatic and Contractual POC which requires the ability and initiative to interface with internal and external partners including cross-functional Senior Management and suppliers to solve problems and ensure the procured material and services are acquired in compliance with established procedures, specifications, and contractual and regulatory requirements. This position is required to support the program with minimal supervision.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Specific tasks include but are not limited to:
Manages and monitors the subcontractor to ensure timely completion of all efforts associated with the project. Administers FFP, CPFF and T&M subcontractor agreements of varying sizes.
Understands and identifies supplier interdependencies in critical paths for each program.
Sources and manages, in accordance with approved business strategies, complex supply relationships for subsystems commodities, services that require significant professional supply chain involvement to successfully execute.
Support Development and negotiates, with support of the program team, required Statements of Work (SOW) and Performance Based Specifications (PBS), Terms and conditions, Performance Based Payments (PBP) schedules, rights assertions on which the award will be based. Negotiation approach is focused on customer satisfaction with integrity.
Preparing and issuing Requests for Proposal, evaluating proposals (Price/Cost Analysis), source selection with evaluation criteria, and issuing subcontracts & PO’s.
Monitor and perform Earned Value analysis of Supplier information.
Maintain accuracy of subcontract documents and data.
Support and Lead cost reduction initiatives, changes, and program meetings.
Leads, Reports, Monitors, and Supports assignment and timely and accurate submission of SDRLs.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
- Ability to maintain sensitive and confidential information as required by government standards.

- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
- BA/BS in related disciplines of Business, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or Engineering.
- Control Account Management (CAM) Experience.
- Compliance/Peer Review Experience.
- Experience with PO Folders and managing supplier contracts from SOW to closeout.
- Previous experience preparing and delivering presentations to upper management and external customers.
- Knowledge of FAR/DFAR procurement regulations.
- Working knowledge of standard contract types.
- Ability to create and present using Microsoft Office tools.
- Desired - Cross-functional knowledge of Supplier Quality, Engineering, Pricing/Estimating, Program.
- Office environment.
- Ability to stand and sit for long periods of time.
- Ability to perform repetitive motion (keyboarding, 10-key, phones).
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Travel up to 25%.
