We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer with extensive testing experience, particularly in Salesforce testing and automation. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of overall testing experience, with a minimum of 2 years in Salesforce Testing and 2 years in automation testing. This role involves writing automated tests to validate user stories, including in-sprint and regression testing, and identifying opportunities for automation in test preparation and configuration. Experience in the telco domain is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Minimum of 8 years of overall testing experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in Salesforce Testing, focusing on functional testing.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in automation testing.
- Write automated tests to validate user stories, including in-sprint and regression testing, with a focus on Salesforce functional testing.
- Build automation test scripts for build verification tests in a test harness and nightly regression suites.
- Identify opportunities for automation in test preparation, setup, and configuration to streamline testing processes.
- Conduct cross-device and cross-browser testing to ensure compatibility across various platforms.
- Stage test cases and data, virtualizing test environments to simulate real-world scenarios.
- Define needs and request test data from the Center of Excellence (CoE) team to facilitate testing.
- Attend backlog refinement sessions and provide inputs on the completeness of stories and story point estimates.
- Proficiency in writing automated test scripts for in-sprint and regression testing.
- Strong knowledge of test preparation, setup, and configuration, with a focus on identifying automation opportunities.
- Experience in cross-device and cross-browser testing.
- Familiarity with the telco domain is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
