Job Location: Deer Park, NY (On-site)
Salary Range: $65,000-$100,000 /yr based on experience

What You Will Be Doing
- Analyze project specifications and blueprints, estimating costs, and prepare accurate bids for construction projects
- Assist the Project Team throughout bid processes by managing and coordinating all incoming bid information
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to obtain accurate cost estimates
- Prepare comprehensive bid proposals that include detailed breakdowns of costs
- Experienced in estimating commercial construction projects with budgets of $500k up to $20M
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and other technical documents
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and building codes
- Proficiency in using construction estimating software
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
