About the Role Job Description To facilitate and track all returned goods requests in a manner which allows the expeditious handling of all customer returned product. Top 5 Actual Tasks Relevant to This Position: Accept requests from associates and customers for returned goods as well as Support Engineering staff in providing support documentations. Enter and track all RGA’s according to ISO 9002 procedures. Administrate returned goods, verify suitability for return and issue authorizations. Check parts stock as required to assure timely delivery of parts and/or unit orders. Maintain complete and accurate records along with maintaining a clean, neat and organized work area.
