Consilium Marine US Inc is seeking a Service Coordinator to join our team inFort Lauderdale. The service coordinator meticulously plansorganizes and oversees service attendances support cases guaranteematters and Annual Performance Tests as per customers and otherConsilium Offices requests.

The role demands seamless efficient andstandardized execution to uphold utmost customersatisfaction.The Service Coordinator works in collaboration with service engineers supply chain and ourengineering team to meet customerdemands.

Required Education&Experience :

• High schooldiploma or GED.
• Highly organized responsibleand motivated person that works well in ateam.
• Excellent communication skills bothverbally and written in the Englishlanguage.
• Ability to combine daily operationsand longterm planning.
• Computer skills inMicrosoft software.
• Previous experience in arelevant administrative or customer servicesetting.

PreferredEducation &Experience :

• Experienceworking with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Experiencein ERP systems.
• Effective communicationinterpersonal and organizationalskills.
• Ability to manage multiple taskssimultaneously.
• Dependable with proficientattention to detail and strong workethic.

Responsibilities(examples) :

• Evaluateand respond tocustomer inquiries within in a timelymanner.
• Plan service engineersattendance inaccordance with the company standards and any additionalcustomerrequirements.
• Collect and store allrequireddocumentation for services
• Evaluate alldocumentation fromeach service attendance and produce a finalcustomer invoice.
• Ensure all necessary partsforthe service attendance are available to the engineeronboard.
• Assist in training coworkersandexternal customers as needed.
• Conduct physicalinventorycounts as required.
• Perform additionalduties asrequired. E.g. Organize and cater for inhouse training. Goon customer visits.Visit vessels for educationalpurposes.
