Juliette Fowler Communities is seeking a Physical PlantDirector. The Physical Pant Director is responsible for ensuring a safe,functional, clean, and attractive environment for residents, guests, andemployees. Some duties include:
- Developing, directing and executing preventative maintenance programs.
- Assuring compliance with local/state/federal regulations including fire and life safety.
- Conducting audits and regular inspections, identifying needs, and executing corrections.
- Assisting with the development and directing Fire Safety and Disaster Preparedness Evacuation Procedures.
- Negotiation of vendor contracts/ agreements, including ongoing relationships with vendors.
- Hire, train and manage facilities and housekeeping team.
- Organization and prioritization of work orders to ensure service requests and repairs are completed correctly and timely.
- Respond to emergencies.
