Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the upkeep of our facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring the efficient operation of all building systems, and implementing preventive maintenance programs.

Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance staff
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Oversee the repair and maintenance of electrical, mechanical, and other building systems
- Manage inventory levels for maintenance supplies and equipment
- Inspect facilities to identify issues and recommend repairs or upgrades
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs or installations

Skills:
- Strong leadership abilities to effectively manage a team of maintenance technicians
- Proficiency in facilities management, including overseeing building systems and equipment
- Project management skills to plan and execute maintenance projects efficiently
- Knowledge of electrical systems, mechanical equipment, and general maintenance practices
- Experience in maintenance management to schedule tasks and prioritize work orders
- Ability to fabricate parts or components as needed for repairs
- Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking work orders and inventory
