Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome patients and their families with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Efficiently manage patient appointments, ensuring smooth scheduling and coordination.
• Handle billing processes, insurance claims, and Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Work proficiently with dental software systems to maintain patient records and manage administrative tasks.
• Collaborate closely with the dental team to provide exceptional patient care and support.

Requirements:

• High energy and enthusiasm, especially when interacting with children and families.
• Prior experience in billing, insurance claims, and EOBs within a dental or healthcare setting preferred.
• Proficiency in working with dental software and general computer skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
