Tax Accountant
Novak Francella LLC is a certified public accounting firm of approximately 140 professionals with offices in Pennsylvania, New York, Maryland, Massachusetts and Connecticut. Our clients are located in eleven states and operate primarily in the employee benefit plan and labor/membership organization industries.
Job Description
Novak Francella, LLC is currently seeking an experienced individual with 0-2 years of experience to work in our Tax Department located in our Bala Cynwyd, PA office.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing and filing IRS forms 5500 and 990 (experience with Form 1120 and 1040 a plus)
- Preparation of Forms 1099 and W-2
- Quarterly Payroll Tax filings
Required Skills/Qualifications:
- Bachelors in Accounting required
- CCH ProSystem FX or CCH Axcess a plus
- Experience with Advance Flow and Practice CS software a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to interact with both client and audit staff.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office products (particularly Excel and Word)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
