Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking as needed
- Apply paint using various techniques
- Mix and match paint colors to specifications
- Operate and maintain painting equipment
- Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
Experience:
- Proven experience in industrial painting or a related field
- Knowledge of power tools and mechanical processes
- Familiarity with precision measuring instruments for accurate work
- Experience with various paint spraying techniques
- Understanding of lean manufacturing principles is a plus
