We are seeking an experienced Inventory Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing inventory levels, managing stock control, and ensuring proper inventory flow to meet demand.

As an e-commerce company that specializes in Livestream Collectables purchases (Pokemon/Sports/Weiss Schwarz), we built up our TikTok Live streaming account to 80K with almost 3000 discord community members in a few months. Our discord community has varied social groups to discuss our live-break streams, trade cards, talk competitive play, etc. We are always growing with special events like tournaments and more on the horizon.

We are also a TikTok official shop partner specializing in helping content creators expand their presence in the US live-streaming e-commerce market. This market is very unexplored and we are leading the charge in selling products and developing communities in this space.

Our partners, including Bytedance (parent company of TikTok), have created many advantages for us such as traffic data access directly from TikTok and a shopping cart feature (to purchase products directly from our live streams).

Responsibilities

• Track and manage inventory
• Schedule and oversee the warehouse team
• Manage the flow and quality of work
• Inspect equipment, tools, and machinery regularly
• Oversee general maintenance when necessary
• Meet regularly with warehouse leads to analyze productivity
• Develop actionable plans for loss prevention
• Prepare schedules for warehouse associates
• Train new employees on how to use machinery
• Monitor compliance with safety standards
• Implement procedures and policies
• Analyze logistics data to increase productivity and aid in loss prevention
• Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene, and security
• Manage stock control and reconcile with the data storage system
• Prepare annual budget
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and transport companies
• Plan work rotas, assign tasks appropriately, and appraise results
• Produce reports and statistics regularly

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of warehouse experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Excel and Word)
• Ability to Commute: Culver City, CA 90230 (Preferred)
• Ability to Relocate

Work Location: In person

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week
