Key Responsibilities :

• Operate washing machines and dryers to clean residents' clothing and facility linens.
• Follow proper laundry procedures and maintain a schedule to ensure a constant supply of clean linens.
• Apply appropriate treatment to stained fabrics as required.
• Fold, sort, and distribute clean laundry to resident rooms and storage areas.
• Maintain a clean and organized laundry area.
• Adhere to infection control and safety policies in all laundry practices.
• Collaborate with the housekeeping team to manage linen inventory.

Qualifications :

• Experience with laundry operations, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of laundry equipment and proper fabric care.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
• Physical capability to lift and move heavy items and stand for extended periods.
