- Accurately reads and interprets the physician call schedule
- Thorough documentation of all paging
- Monitors alarms, and correctly pages the codes overhead that coincide with the alarm
- Accurately scans patient medical records into the hospital registration system
- Correctly transfers incoming calls to correct department
- Demonstrates and encourages team behavior and exceptional patient/guest experiences.
- Upholds and promotes patient safety and quality.
ExperienceOne to two years multiline phone experience preferred.
Additional Skills / AbilitiesExcellent customer service skills required. Computer experience required. Must be able to type 30 WPM.
