Responsible for the management and supervision of the Wellness Center in conjunction with the Wellness Manager. Responsible for the provision of preventative and emergency health services and wellness education to students. Ensures confidentiality of sensitive information and compliance with all HIPAA laws.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct health assessments and screenings for students, identifying and addressing their healthcare needs.
• Administer medications, treatments, and immunizations in accordance with established protocols.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive healthcare plans for students.
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate care as needed.
• Educate students on health-related topics, promoting wellness and preventive care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Work closely with the interdisciplinary team to promote a holistic and student-centered approach to healthcare.

Qualifications:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of {location}.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a clinical setting.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multitask.
