We are currently looking for HVAC Apprentices to join our team in Crystal Lake, IL. While basic HVAC experience is preferred, we are also considering candidates with zero experience whom we will train, but you need to be willing to work hard & learn! Pay Rate: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour depending on experience

Work Hours: 7:00 am - 4:00 pm Monday through Friday, occasional overtime as required

Requirements:

1. Must pass drug and background screens
2. Basic technical skills & mechanical aptitude
3. HVAC experience is preferred but not required
4. Completion of a trade school is preferred
5. Willingness to work hard
6. Excellent customer service and communication skills
7. Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
8. Must have hand tools
9. Ability to lift 50 lbs, access crawlspace, and attics, use ladders
10. Must be able to work extended hours during peak seasons
