As a Production Planner, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating the seamless execution of print jobs from start to finish.
Collaborating with sales, design, and production teams to understand project requirements and timelines.
Creating detailed production plans, ensuring optimal resource utilization and efficiency.
Monitoring project progress and adjusting schedules as needed to meet deadlines.
Coordinating with vendors and suppliers to secure materials and services.
Conducting quality checks to ensure adherence to specifications and standards.
Communicating with stakeholders to provide updates on project status and address any issues that may arise.
Previous experience in production planning, preferably in the printing industry.
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience preferred
