Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Dispensary Manager to oversee the daily operations of our cannabis dispensary. The Dispensary Manager will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position. Responsibilities: - Manage all aspects of the dispensary's operations, including inventory management, sales, and customer service - Develop and implement dispensary policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local and state regulations - Train and develop dispensary staff on product knowledge, customer service, and sales techniques - Create employee schedules and manage staffing levels to ensure optimal coverage - Monitor inventory levels and place orders with suppliers as needed - Conduct regular audits to ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with regulations - Collaborate with vendors to negotiate pricing and secure product supply - Maintain a clean and organized dispensary environment - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner - Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices Skills: - Strong budgeting skills to effectively manage financial resources - Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable pricing from vendors - Proven ability to drive sales and meet revenue targets - Store management experience in a retail environment is preferred - Proficient in retail math calculations for accurate inventory management - Experience in training and development of staff members - Ability to effectively manage a team of diverse individuals - Multilingual skills are a plus We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
