Job Summary:

Management of multiple restaurant operations inclusive of culinary and service aspects. Works to provide the best possible guest culinary experience within the restaurant facility. Hires, trains, coaches, and supervises assistant managers/ supervisors, culinary staff and Front of House staff for the restaurant facility. Responsible for delivery of high quality food and beverage products as well as proper service. Responsible for overall cleanliness and sanitation of facilities through properly developed HAACP procedures, duty rosters, staff training and supervision. Accountable for fiscal results, revenue management, cost control and cash handling procedures in the restaurant. Works in cooperation with the F&B Director, other department heads, and F&B; outlet managers/ chefs to develop business/ marketing plans for the financial success of the restaurant operations. Assists in budget development and maintenance of budgetary guidelines and goals.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

  • Hire and develop talent to build a high performing team that demonstrates both strong performance and leadership effectiveness to reach both property and enterprise goals. 
  • Directly manage the establishment of goals, development plans and the evaluation of performance for direct reports.
  • Responsible for the production and service of a high quality, healthy, food and beverage product.
  • Maintain clean and sanitary outlets through proper HAACP procedures.
  • Responsible for fiscal results of restaurant: including revenue management, cost controls, and cash handling procedures.
  • Select, hire, train, coach, and supervise all restaurant personnel.
  • Attain and maintain budgetary guidelines and goals.
  • Promote positive professional culinary culture throughout the resort

Job Requirements:

  • Previous work experience totaling at least 5 years in F&B;, 3 years F&B; management.
  • Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in hospitality or F&B; management.
  • Must be able to work holidays, evening, and weekends.
  • Completion of background check required

The expected pay range is $59,000 - $63,000 annual bonus. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
