A compassionate non-profit healthcare organization that provides early intervention therapy services in Crescent City, CA is searching for a skilled Occupational Therapist to join their team! This role involves working closely with children aged 0-3 with in-home visits and occasionally in a clinic setting that is under development for older children. The position is on a temp-to-hire contractual basis allowing you the flexibility to manage your schedule while delivering high-quality therapy services. Salary Range: $45 - $55 / hour DOE for COTA

$55 - $65 / hour DOE for OT

Occupational Therapist Requirements:

• 2 years of occupational therapy experience (new grads and COTAs considered)
• Master s degree in Occupational Therapy
• Current California license for Occupational Therapy (or certification for COTA)
• Valid driver s license and reliable transportation
• Proficient in technology, including Zoom and Google sessions for telehealth visits
• Strong organizational skills to manage scheduling and reporting deadlines
• Passion for working with children and conducting home visits
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred

Occupational Therapist Responsibilities:

• Conduct 3-4 patient visits per day, with some locations up to an hour apart
• Provide therapy sessions, primarily onsite with some online/telehealth visits
• Collaborate with a child development specialist during visits
• Manage personal schedule and complete necessary documentation and progress reports every six months (for OT)
• Utilize office support for file management, goal setting, and access to testing materials
• Perform assessments and address specific therapy goals
• Conduct 70% of visits in-home and 30% in a clinic setting under development
