Responsibilities for Car Salesperson

• Attend morning sales meetings and daily training sessions
• Utilize provided tools to market to new and former customers through email, text, social media, video messaging, etc.
• Engage customers on the sales floor and lot, answer questions and gaining relationships
• Escort customers on a tour of all new vehicles and the dealership
• Offer and participate in test drives while educating about unique features of the vehicles
• Identify customers needs through interviewing
• Participate in all sales training meetings
• Coordinate with the Sales Manager during the transaction process
• Adhere to Christi Hubler Chevrolet and GM required processes and procedures to ensure customers are 100% satisfied with their experience, while building a lifetime customer base

Qualifications for Car Salesperson

• Previous automotive experience a plus
• 1 years in a sales field
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Strong interpersonal capability
• A drive to excel under pressure
• Ability to work holidays and weekends
• A valid driver's license
• Successful passing of a background check
• The ability to take direction from team leaders while maintaining a great attitude always!
