Cleaning tables, counters, sinks, and toilets
Sweep and wash all flooring
Regularly buffs and waxes flooring as needed
Responsible for vehicle security procedures
Deals with maintenance supply representatives as necessary
Completes minor painting, repairs, or improvements as required
Completes errands for the Building and Grounds Department
Completes light carpentry and or plumbing to maintain the buildings in good repair
Completes landscaping, construction, and maintenance projects for CranstonArc properties
Participates in snow removal and landscaping projects as well as picking litter and maintaining a clean and safe exterior
Responds to building alarms as necessary
Adheres to all agency policies and procedures
Other duties as assigned
High School Diploma or GED
One year of experience working in the field of maintenance and custodial work
Valid driver license and an acceptable driving record
