Job Summary:
We are looking for a QA Architect who will be an integral part of our Quality Leap team and responsible for defining testing strategies, frameworks, and architecture with a focus on test automation using various tools or technologies. The position requires you to have in-depth knowledge on the test automation lifecycle leveraging cutting-edge technical solutions as well as the ability to work well with and communicate with our clients, technical teams and stakeholders.
The associate should be a thought leader for the automation team in the areas such as test strategy, QA automation strategy, and continuous delivery and continuous integration. Associate should have hands-on experience in a wide variety of automation frameworks, tools, and technologies. You will lead discussions on design approaches to solve visible, strategic, and complex business problems. You will provide technical leadership to develop QA Automation, Performance & Agile Implementation Strategy for Software Quality. Participate in critical design activities to assure that the product under development meets requirements and can be effectively tested.
10 years of experience with a proven track record of successfully delivering global and highly scalable customer-facing digital products and capabilities.
Strong hands-on experience on Selenium automation with C# automation framework.
Hands-on experience on other automation framework & tools are added advantage.
Strong hands-on experience or knowledge on API test automation, Forms & Rate automation.
Leadership in thinking and ideating new and innovative solutions for QA.
Hands on Web and API testing and automation experience using BDD Spec flow/Cucumber framework, Selenium, C#, Postman and REST.
Experience in creating and setting up the Test automaton framework.
Experience in enhancing the existing automation framework to support the new capabilities.
Experience in Database testing, Performance testing, Regression testing.
Experience with no-code low-code platforms.
Hands on with agile project management tools JIRA, Azure DevOps.
Hands on with SQL Server, Azure Service Bus.
Experience in PAS System, Rating, forms PDF automation and related tools & framework.
Experience to any JavaScript based testing frameworks.
Experience in CICD pipeline build/deployment in Azure.
Knowledge and experience in BDD and automation with feature files.
Strong analytical skills to be able to analyse complex problems using several problem-solving techniques.
Proactively partner with business and technology organizations across system and organizational boundaries to identify opportunities and drive automated solutions.
Hands on experience and expertise in creating tools and accelerators.
Strong technical, analytical, problem-solving skills.
P&C Insurance domain knowledge / work experience is must.
Have good work experience in test management tools - JIRA, ADO
Should be ready to work in an environment which may demand individual contribution as well as a team player.
Excellent in communication skills – verbal & written and presentation skills
