Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer service when dealing with client AV needs.
- Install, deploy, and repackage AV racks and TVs efficiently.
- Utilize power tools effectively for installation and maintenance tasks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve low voltage issues in AV systems.
- Knowledge of Cat5/Cat6 cabling.
- Experience with commercial AV installations.
- Proficiency in AV console programming.
