Qualified Staffing is hiring a full-time, temp to perm, Bi-Lingual Call Center Representative for a call center in Covington, GA.
Our client is looking to hire an experienced and dedicated inpidual to grow their customer care department.

Pay : $22.90 / hr
Schedule : 6 weeks of training Mon-Fri 8am-5pm.
MUST be willing to work overtime hours if needed.
JOB DUTIES :
- Process service orders, forms, applications, and requests
- Create and maintain member account information
- Acknowledge and resolve customer concerns
- Maintain confidentiality of member information
- Receiving incoming calls and assign them to the appropriate departments
- Promptly respond to customer inquiries.
- Communicate effectively with members through multiple channels
- All other duties as assigned. SKILLS REQUIRED :
- Bi-linqual
- Bi-linqual
- Must have at 6 months experience in a call center environment
- Strong knowledge of customer service and telephone skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
