We are hiring immediately for a Quality Engineering Liaison to join our team! Experience managing communication between automotive suppliers / OEMs is necessary for this role.
Task:
- Provide support to customers with quality problems related to our customers products
- Provide follow up on quality issues at the customer’s side
- Ensure the correct communication, in a timely manner of any quality issue at the customers plant.
- Monitor the clean point sent to the customer for any quality problem
- Act as the direct contact between quality customer and our customers plant
- Provide all necessary info for any abnormal / defect found in the customer plant
- Act as negotiator between the customer and our customers plant
- Direct the rework process of parts at the customer’s plant (when necessary and approved by the customer)
- Validate rejected parts in customer process
Requirements:
Area/ Main Subject: Quality/ Manufacturing
- Professional / Graduate education (experienced professional) usually acquired through a bachelor’s degree of professional certification with a few (2-3)years of experience in the related field (proficient in a technical, scientific or specialized field requiring an understanding of a body of theoretical knowledge)
- Negotiations methods of problem solving at the customer’s site
- Knowledge of continuous improvement tools
- Statistical control process/ good knowledge of statistical tools
- Visual ability to approved interiors parts according to cosmetic criteria
- Validation of assemblies on customers product lines
- Drawings and plan gaps interpretation
- Use of measurement instruments and results interpretation
English (Advanced)
