Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Receptionist to join our team at a busy physical therapy clinic. The ideal candidate should have experience in medical reception and be familiar with medical terminology.

Responsibilities:

- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
- Verify insurance information and collect co-payments
- Maintain electronic medical records accurately
- Assist with administrative tasks to support the office operations
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure efficient patient flow

Skills:

- Proven experience as a Medical Receptionist or in a similar role
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment used in medical settings
