JLL is Hiring a Maintenance Technician Near Corvallis, OR
Day to Day Tasks
Clean HVAC coils, change filters and belts.
Maintain and repair locks, locking mechanisms, closers, doors, and furniture.
Maintain and complete documentation for fire extinguishers and other building systems.
Maintain and repair plumbing components including toilets, urinals, lavatories, flush valves, sinks, drains, water heaters, piping, and sump pumps.
Prepare, prime and paint building interior and exterior surfaces and perform general handymantasks to maintainbuildings.
Completes special tasks that include but are not limited to; painting, locksmith work, tenant services requests, and general maintenance as assigned.
Prioritizes all PM's, corrective and emergent work orders for the site (annual, monthly, weekly, and daily).
Update work order status in real time, utilizingCorrigo system.
Escalating problems or issues to Customer and Manager in a timely manner.
Education and Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience with hand tools and power tools.
Proficient in basic computer application software such as MS Office, Outlook, Corrigo, etc.
1 year of related experience and/or training in the areas of carpentry, electrical, and plumbing preferred.
Ability to perform al work using personnel protective equipment (PPE)
