Job Description: As a Marketing and Sales Associate, you will execute marketing strategies, promote brand awareness, and drive sales of our energy products and services through in-person interactions. Your passion for sustainability, excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to build relationships will be essential in representing our brand and fostering customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

• To promote our products and services, engage with potential customers through in-person interactions at retail locations.
• Educate customers about the benefits of sustainable energy solutions and help them understand how our offerings can meet their needs and contribute to a greener future.
• Gather feedback from customers and prospects to understand their needs, preferences, and pain points, and use insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
• Track and report on sales activities, customer interactions, and campaign effectiveness,
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in marketing and sales to enhance our strategies and tactics continuously.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Proven experience in sales, marketing, or customer service.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade customers in face-to-face interactions.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• A valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation are required.
