gpac is Hiring a Project Manager/Estimator Near Corona, CA
This is an amazing opportunity for candidates with 3 years of rough carpentry experience in the commercial sector. The ideal candidate will have experience in Microsoft Excel, reading plans, and translating them into accurate estimates. Training will be provided on the company's systems and processes.
Position Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee projects from start to finish
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment
- Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Analyze project requirements and develop detailed project plans
- Conduct on-site visits to evaluate project progress
- Review project budgets and make adjustments as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure successful project delivery
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and project management software
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans
- Attention to detail and accuracy in estimating
